What is YERM?
Connecting Europe’s youth through leadership, learning, and the spirit of sport.
YERM (Youth Empowerment through Role Models) is a 30-month Erasmus+ initiative uniting six European organizations to innovate youth work through social sports. Our mission is to engage and empower young people through inclusive training, help them grow into role models, and build sustainable community development models across Europe.

Tøyenakademiet
Tøyen have selected the participants for the 11th cohort of Tøyenakademiet!
On October 8th, new cohorts celebrated their kick-off together with the graduation of Tøyenakademiet cohort 10.
Club also marked Tøyenakademiet’s 10-year anniversary — a decade of empowering young people!
More than 200 people joined to celebrate this special occasion, which also served as our local dissemination event🤗
Antwerp, Belgium
Training for Youthworkers
YERM PRO TRAINING Antwerp was a first youth worker event in Antwerp from June 23 to 27, focused on sport and community building. The training supported local YERM Academies. Participants came from six European cities and shared experiences through workshops and site visits.

Training for Youthworkers in Lisbon
YERM PRO TRAINING Lisbon will be the second youth worker event in Lisbon, taking place from January 26 to 30, focused on sport and community building. All costs will be covered, and participants should bring an ID and sportswear. The training will support local YERM Academies. Participants will come from six European cities and share experiences through workshops and site visits.
